This is true. It is all true. It is only a small part of the horrible truth that only I am willing to tell. I take full responsibility for the telling.
It was July 23, 1987. At what was then known as Manhattan Borough Developmental Services Office (currently Metro New York Developmental Disabilities Services Office), the administrators on the second floor were earning their salaries in their accustomed manner, plotting fiendish retaliation against the speech therapist who had blown the whistle on their connection with the infamous stun-gun torturers of the 106th Precinct.
The events of the day had been planned earlier, in one of their many conspiratorial confabulations. On July 7 at 5:37 PM, Team Leader Richard Diciedue had said " ... all get together ... case for insanity."
Margarita Woolcock, secretary to Richard Diciedue, was in rare form. She laughed all afternoon as she informed others, one buy one, what was going on. I could hear only occasional words or phrases. "After ... two dogs, he ...," she said at 4:43 PM. The name "Angel" was mentioned several times. Unseen persons mentioned my name several times. They also used such words as CIA, conspiracy, allegations, and falsification. At 4:53 PM, a male voice said "The dog is dead ..."
Though the events apparently involved me, probably an "evaluation" (see "Here's How It All Came About" on my web site), nobody talked to me, nor has anyone seen fit to allow me access to the records of that and many other such "evaluations."
I've been able to figure this much out, however. In a sick, wicked effort to discredit me psychiatrically, my employers and their associates had tortured a cocker spaniel to death, taping the horrifying act, which was apparently committed by somebody who resembles me. They would claim that I was "mentally incompetent" because, among other slanderous allegations, I had supposedly tortured my own cocker spaniel, Sandy, euthanized on November 1, 1979 at the age of twelve. My criminal employers (remember, please, that they were all collecting New York State or federal salaries for this criminal behavior) were also planning to stab my Norwegian elkhound Storm and blame that on me, too.
How the other atrocities they committed afterwards figured into the plan, I'm not certain. Neighbors of mine in Iselin, NJ tortured and killed at least three other dogs during the fall of 1987 in what Director of Education and Training Rocco Menta described as a "Mafia operation in New Jersey."
The coverup was complete. Over the years, everybody's mouth but mine has remained shut. Everybody's brain but mine is somehow controlled. My brain still thinks, my heart still feels, and I will not be quiet!
