Most of my torture is mental, a campaign of state terrorism and high-tech assault that few could comprehend without experiencing it. There are some aspects, however, that anyone can understand. When bio-chemical weapons create painful, debilitating, disfiguring illness in the absence -- the deliberate deprivation -- of effective, curative medical treatment, when days, weeks, months, seasons, and years pass devoid of hope, denied the protection of law or any form of effective advocacy, the cumulative result is not pretty. Can you give me a specific reference? In 1997, I tested negative for HIV and HTLV. I have had no high-risk sex since 1973. From 1978 until 1991, I was married. My former wife has had no problems and has had a child with her second husband. They are also healthy. When lab technicians at the clinic draw my blood (prothrombin time), they don't even use rubber gloves. If I had AIDS, it seems to me that my condition would have deteriorated much more rapidly than it has, especially in the absence of effective treatment. Remember, my CD4 test in 1997 was about 540. By 1998, it had actually risen to 670 (in that year, I started taking Echinacea capsules). There are, however, certain persons in the world who would like to see others consider me an AIDS patient. I accidentally found your site and because you said something about T cells I thought I should do well and inform you about the latest in case you didnt know. Ive searched both cnn.com and bbc.com for the story but I cant find it. Sorry for that I am from Greece and I read it in my language. As a reference, some cells named NK and T could hold the HIV virus hidden and /or in a state of dormancy. I couldnt know if you have such an infection and I dont see you specifically as a HIV agent. I just feel you should be informed. I dont know what else can I say, I can only advice you to live, fight and enjoy your life because some times is very hard to swim against the current (or to battle against the establishment).

Please be assured that I appreciate your concern. Most people just don't care at all. Thank you for the information. I just tried a couple of online translation engines on the article and got nowhere. Those translation sites are notoriously quirky. Most of the time, they're down because of too much traffic. I'll keep searching. The pattern I exhibit seems to be consistent only with chronic, low-level exposure to ionizing radiation. Hedging a bit and sort-of looking over his shoulder, the physician who ordered the testing in 1996 pretty much admitted that. US authorities have a standard according to which anybody with a CD4 T-Cell level of 200 or less can be diagnosed as having AIDS, even if the person tests negative for HIV. As far as I know, however, I have never been close to the 200 mark. In the past two years, two different doctors have promised to repeat the CD4 test, but failed to keep their promise. Given the public health concern, I should think they would test me if there were any doubt. Medical personnel take no special precautions at all regarding my blood samples. I'd like to get back to the Netherlands and see if my health improves there the way it did in 1992. It may be too late, but, as Carl Sandburg wrote, "Who can live without hope?" I gave you the name of the man responsible for this research in case you can't read or locate the article. I believe those news, are dated 1 -2 weeks ago. Perhaps the most easy way to find out more, is to contact with a friendly doctor of yours and ask him about. I am sure someone would know. I have heard Netherlands have a very healthy atmosphere cause to their natural gas sources and the natural element. But no matter where you will decide to go (or stay) I think same time it's recommended to have a treatment from a proffesional and keep a more fighting stance. Also have you ever consider television as a better way to get the attention of much more many people that would care? friendly, leon

Don't expect the United Nations to be awaken from your case. You asking too much. Each day they left in their fate to die MILLIONS of childrens -everywhere. Please try to save your self first. Get a serious attention from the media, try to change city or visit another hospital but fighting with a small group of people from the internet against the UN is extreme.

These committees are mandated to implement two specific treaties, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights with its Optional Protocol, which permits individual complaints against the nations that have ratified it, and the Convention Against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, which includes Article 22, a provision that likewise permits individual complaints against the nations that have ratified it. Dealing with individual complaints against certain nations, including Denmark and the Netherlands, is part of the official mandate of these committees. They have nothing to do with other situations or conditions, only with those nations that have ratified the treaties and with the very few nations that have recognized their competence in accepting and processing individual complaints. It is entirely reasonable, therefore, to expect that they will process my obscenely-delayed complaints against Denmark and the Netherlands. My UN complaints are the last -- the only -- hope for me, the only option remaining. Since the 1980s, I have tried by every means at my disposal not only to obtain justice under law, but also to gain the support of individuals and organizations that ought to care (see "A Nation in Denial" on my web site). Nothing, nothing, and more nothing. Now I'm too sick to move, and since Federal personnel are involved in my situation, it probably wouldn't do me any good anyway. What I'm doing on the Internet is trying to make people aware of the situation of which my fate is a part and trying to mobilize public support for my UN complaints, which, as I said above, are my only remaining hope. I don't "fight with" people on the Internet (I presume you are referring to my newsgroup posts). When trolls attack me (which is most of the time), I generally use the opportunity to provide more information that I hope objective-minded persons will read. You don't know, I don't know, the trolls don't know, the US Government doesn't know, how many persons in how many countries could be reading my posts. That element of uncertainty helps me keep going. What do you think they do to one who can do what I can? For my recognition, 3 1/2 years, you name it, they've most likely dumped it upon moi. Bio-chemicals, biologics, chemicals, Em waves and pulses to harm and grant injury, to see my computer, to see my thoughts, to imput thoughts, to grant percieved auditory hallucinations, blah, blah, blah. When it first arose, I went ape @#%$ and died in 45 days. I lost my body, a great one, I lost my remaining family, as my three sisters, idiots, I lost possessions, who cares, I lost my parents. Today, I cried like a baby times ten, and I'm 46, I needed my parents today, just for a smile and a hug. I loved my three sisters a lot, but they, absolutely out of nowhere, @#%$ me so bad, that they claimed atrocity's zenith in cruely, ouch. First time in a year or so that I cried. I'm in Dallas and this place is hot as @#%$. And I can't get out. So I've been building a small but effective as to range, thermonuclear bomb. If they are within 40 miles at detonation, I'll grab the pieces for an auction.They stole all my work on aids/hiv, but they've been on me since I was 4. Tough to see unless they whack you repeatedly everyday, home and car with gasings, the EM's too, for 4 or 5 months straight. Then all you will see, is the poisoning in your life, as you lay there like some cow, with mad cow, just prior to death. Causation of mad cow, by the way, is pesticides, proofed by a scottish farmer and damn good work too. They whacked me good the last couple of days, so I'm having a time remembering things like pesticids names. Anyone here in the big D? Let's get together, might be of mutual benefit. So when your feeling down, just do what I do. I jack off for the peepers. Give them the worst possible show. Then I write on the computer so they can tune in you know, and then I proof them. Kind of like a psych eval. only my work is tops, and they know it, because they stole it. I figure they have spent at least three million on keeping me in atrocity for 3 1/2 years. Thus we have genetic non-reasoning in occurance. So just remember to give the peepers a good show. They need it because they have got to have the most boring job in the world. I mean, I'm pretty much a mushroom now, so we have no chase or anything like that. I just take it. Or maybe leave, if I can. I guarantee, they aren't hunters. I was a hunter and this would bore me to death. I'd invite them in for a drink and some conversation, but what do they have to talk about. Three vocab words of apparatus and Budweiser. I think I feel as sorry for they as for me, nah, no way, I'd use them on the end of a hook for shark fishing. Aloha

I have flip-flopped on the issue of "giving then a show." It depends on my mood. Sometimes I feel like Spartacus. Remember that scene where they bring a woman into Kirk Douglas's "tiger cage" cell and invite him to have sex, with them watching from above? He refuses, screaming "I'm a man, not an animal!" Sometimes, though, the defiance expresses itself differently. I say "I'm still a man, damn it! You slimy perverts will not steal my manhood from me as you have stolen everything else!" My dream is to go to a free country where I can live in peace, relative security, and absolute privacy for the few years left to me. I will not rest until I can get there. In the ER, my heart rate peaked at 190 beats/min. Fortunately, I was under the care of Dr. Constante Gil, who saved my leg from cellullitis in 1996. As then, he now administered several intravenous antibiotics, curing the infection. After three days in the Cardiac Care Unit, I was transferred to a regular room. Doppler Ultrasound, however, confirmed a new blood clot in my right leg. Should this migrate to my lungs, it would kill me. I'm now home, with a prescription for a sub-cutaneous anticoagulant. I wish to express praise and gratitude to all the competent and personable hospital personnel who saved my life. Though I have Medicare, my biggest worry right now is financial because of the 20% copay on some of the services I received. When the MD's bills start rolling in, I may have to consider bankruptcy. This is just the sort of situation that the President's health car bill would eliminate, but I doubt that it would be retroactive, even if passed. Gotta tell it like it is. This was attempted murder. Blood and urine cultures probably confirm the poisoning, but, as in the past, I suspect that nothing will be done to bring the assassins to justice. In this, as in past Administrations, the Constitution is meaningless. The President, the Attorney General, and the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court all declare that nobody is above the law, yet gangsters who violate my rights under "color of law" have persecuted me with impunity for a quarter century. This is why I tried three times to escape from the United States of America.
